Product Description
7-Weeks of Hands-Free Cleaning
The Auto-Empty Dock Pure means you no more emptying the robot dustbin. It does it for you, pulling dust into its 2.5 L dust bag, good for up to 7 weeks* of cleaning.
* Actual emptying interval will depend on use habits and environmental factors.
Note: The Auto-Empey Dock Pure only supports 100V-120V voltage.
* Only support 2.4G WiFi.
Keep Dust Under Control
2.5 L self-sealing bag, made with an E12* rated material, holds 7 weeks of dust.
*Produced and tested by an independent third party according to EN 1822-1 : 2019 standards.
Intelligent Emptying Modes
With Auto-Empty Dock Pure, you can choose the right emptying option for your needs from Smart, Light, Balanced, and Max in the Roborock App.
In Smart mode, emptying will be dynamically adjusted based on recent cleaning habits, emptying frequency, and more.
Serious Suction Power
Clear dirt trapped in your carpets and lift dust from your floors with a maximum suction power of 2700Pa*. Automatic carpet boost turns suction to maximum when a carpet is detected, for more effective cleaning.
*Based on internal testing carried out by the manufacturer with a full battery using max mode according to IEC 62885-2:2016 / 5.8 standards.
Clean On and On
Powered by its high-capacity battery, Q7+ offers long-lasting 180mins* cleaning that easily tackles most homes. Able to climb 2 cm (0.8 in)*obstacles, it climbs easily over thresholds and onto carpets.
*Based on internal testing carried out by the manufacturer in Quiet mode on hard floor with a full battery and with no mop system attached.
*Without mopping system attached.
PreciSense LiDAR
Roborock's PreciSense LiDAR navigation system is the brains behind your robot, creating maps that power a suite of useful features. All controlled in the Roborock app.
Quick Mapping
Map each level of your home, without cleaning, to create a map up to 6-times faster*.
*Compared to Q7's Clean&Mapping Mode.

SchedulingLife in a home can be complicated. You can create custom cleaning schedules that work for your home with advanced scheduling. Pick your time of day, suction power, and the room(s) you need, and it will repeat automatically. |
RoutinesDo you cook a lot? Find yourself always turning up the suction and sending the robot to the kitchen? Set a routine for that and do it with one tap instead of several. |
3D MappingTake a new look at your home and get a clearer understanding of your layout with 3D Mapping. You can even add furniture and floor materials to create a more accurate representation of your home. |
Multi-Level MappingMany homes have multiple levels. Multi-level mapping systems automatically recognize different levels of your home. All you have to do is put the robot down. No additional docks, no need to identify the level in your app. Up to four levels are supported. |
Durable Grime Removal
A long-lasting all-rubber brush powerfully agitates carpets to release more dirt. Its fast rotation sends dust into the vacuum airflow, while its rubber material is strongly resistant to hair tangles. It can move across multiple panes, keeping it close to the ground for more effective cleaning.
No-Go Zones and Invisible Walls
No-Go Zones define an area that the robot cannot go, while Invisible Walls draw a line and are good for sealing off rooms and corners. Every level in your home can have No-Go Zones and Invisible Walls. All are placed automatically after the level has been recognized.
Speak to Command
Take control of your robot, start cleanups, send it to tackle specific rooms, and more with just the power of your voice. Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and Apple Siri Shortcuts are supported.
Safe Roaming
Have confidence that your Q7+ can wander safely around your home. The Sensient sensor array includes a suite of sensors, including cliff sensors, accelerometers, bumpers, and more. It will avoid rolling off of steps, getting trapped, or slamming into your walls.
Breathe Easy
An E11* rated washable filter is washable for a longer life.
*Tested by an independent third party according to EN 1822-1:2019 standards.

There was a problem filtering reviews right now. Please try again later.
Roborock saw my review and sent me an email asking to address any issues or concerns I have. I then spent a significant amount of time listing what was the issue and resolution options. That was March 12th! I have gotten no follow up or contact since then.
So again, lack of service and lack of taking responsibility for a failure in their product. I cannot stress enough that your money is better spent on a more reliable product that their company will stand behind then saving a few dollars and dealing with Roborock.
It is obvious that they do not care about their customers but only taking in your money. Be smart and purchase a product who’s support will give you peace of mind if something does go wrong.
**UPDATE**
Oh, my where to start. Read the other reviews on this site and thought "what a great deal" well they were wrong.
If you value your money and time buy another brand.
I bought this to clean my downstairs that is all tile and wood. It would suck up some dirt and dog hair but would then stop sucking up hair and dust as the bin would be clogged and when it tried to empty the bin into the receptacle it would not empty it as again it was clogged (every time!). So, ok I will manually clean out the container and let it do its job. In doing this what is the point of paying for a self-emptying robot?!
OK so fast forward 2 months of once a week cleaning with manually having to pull out dirty and hair from the bin. My daughter spilled a small glass of water on the tile. The vacuum ran over it and immediately stopped and started complaining of errors.
I proceeded to clean and dry everything that I could see that was wet (not much) and try again. Still not working and yelling error at me. So I looked to contact the support team of Roborock, guess what? Only email support. SO I sent a email and received a reply 2 days after at 3am in very broken English. OK so this is China support no problem hopefully they can still help. Well I was very wrong. Their response was we can sell you a replacement. No I want a solution. Again, they offered to sell me another one. I complained that I needed help and not a sale. At that point they cut off all communications and will not respond now.
So I am stuck with a very new vacuum with no support and no recourse. Not worth the savings! Get a name brand that stands behind their product!
Just to add fuel to this unfortunate product in looking through my Firewall I noticed that every night it would upload a significant portion of data to Xiaomi.com a Beijing China company.
Please do everyone a favor and purchase another robot vacuum that someone will stand behind and support

So this guy is slightly taller, more suction, and better mapping. It also vacuums in a logical pattern like a human would - in overlapping rows.
It did pick a couple fights with power cords we left in its path, but once we repositioned the cords we've had no other issues.
None of these is a full replacement for a human with a corded vac; however, it does a good enough job so that we don't need to vacuum as frequently
