Unable to get a response from Ecobee support.First contact by e-mail. No response after 48 hours.Second contact through Ecobee support Chat. No agent connection after 3 hours.I see Settings -> Installation Settings -> Thresholds -> Temperature Correction...but that only allows for correction of the Thermostat reading.Since the thermostat reading is constantly displayed, I want to adjust the sensor reading to match the thermostat reading for this co-located configuration. How can this be accomplished? If I can get this "fixed", this would be a more useful product.[4 days later, added one star, 3 total]Cons:* No user community forum* Non-responsive support (e-mail and chat don't seem to be staffedPros:* I kind of got it to workThe idea of a remote temperature sensor in another room that is averaged with the "controlling" thermostat temperature sensor didn't match my usage requirements. The fact that the sensor and thermostat do not report the same temperature , when co-located, made the idea of "averaging" even less useful. My usage scenario:* Thermostat in "office" (desk-side computers and associated displays generate "additional" heat)* Sensor in "bedroom"Schedule/Comfort Settings* Work hours: scheduled Comfort Settings include ONLY the thermostat/Office sensor* Non-Work hours: scheduled Comfort Settings include ONLY the remote/bedroom sensorFor me, occupancy in these two zones is mutually exclusive. Being able have each zone monitored exclusively by its own temperature sensor when occupied provides the hoped for comfort level.Consider the reported temperature values as approximations. After a few hot summer days, you'll be able figure out if 77F means cool to 74F or 77F or 80F or whatever. Select the "number" to reflect the comfort/economy level that you desire. i.e. It's just a number not really the temperature. ;-)[another 4 days later, added one star, 4 total]I received a response from Ecobee support. Once engaged they were courteous and professional. As stated above: It is not possible to "correct" the temperature readings as provided by a SmartSensor. However they did say: "I will be happy to pass your feedback to our product team. Although I cannot guarantee all suggestions will be implemented, "I'm happy enough with my work around, functionally it works as desired.
